Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I want a most beautiful house plan for a site in woodhill estate in polokwane. A double storey with flat roof, 4 bedroom, 1 en-suite bathroom in master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, double garage and swimming pool
I need a open plan ground floor , with an open plan kitchen, dinning , lounge and down stairs shower and Toilet and a garage with a double door. I need to have high ceilings with an opening above the lounge. The top floor should have a bedroom and full bathroom above the kitchen, on the opposite side the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walkin wardrobe above the garage an upstairs living area leading to a spacious patio. The main bedroom should also have access to the patio. Most of the house should be glass
