Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen lounge dining room, pantry, laundry, double garage. I am requesting this in private and prefer not to be called. Would just like an estimate of the fee to be able to compare what we are paying at the moment.
I would like to build a 1 Bedroom Flatlet (+-30m2) above my existing lounge / dining room of my house. It should have a separate entrance and a deck to take advantage of the peninsula views. I still need an architect / draftsman to draw up plans for approval. I'm attaching my draft of ideas as reference. I would like to know more or less what a build like this would cost (bathroom, kitchen, tiling, decking etc. all inclusive). Please contact me via email for the quotes.
