The chimney would need tobe removed and the solar system will be modified to fit the changes. Hi. We had plans drawn and passed. It was a U shaped house with 2 bedrooms on one side, each with a bathroom,then a lounge/dining area on the other side and a kitchen, and small study along the back. It also has a double garage with a small laundry attached. Ii was about sqm (maybe a bit less) but the quote was way more than I expected. I was looking at spending about +/- R1 . Maybe you can show me another option or maybe it's cheaper to buy? I've seen some very nice townhouses with what I'm asking for, for around R1 .?

We need to extend an existing building of m to accommodate dancing studio, therefore we need to knock down walls and build new walls and then renovate roof (raise roof if possible) as we need a total of roughly sqm of building.. The main house consists of 5 bedrooms, the master room with bathroom inside, the 4 bedrooms share one bathroom plus guest toilet. My plan to add more bathrooms for the 4 rooms a self-contained.
