We have had a solar system installed in our club house and require it to be connected to the club house DB board. The club house has never been on municipal power and only had a generator. There would be some additional connections needed such as one of the out buildings to the DB board and the booster pump for the water supply.

My circuit breaker broke and I initially bypassed it with someone's assistance the bought a new circuit breaker and asked a friend to install it for me. He tried but what he found was that the wiring had been tampered with and all he could do was again bypass but told me to get the help of a professional
Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks

Repair plaster cracks & structural cracks Hairline cracks to 0.2mm apply 1 coat HIP Primer and fill with parapet water proofing Cracks to 2mm rake out crack line and treat as above Cracks above 2mm chop out and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary float a damp proof bonding slurry to repair and level damaged plaster Structural cracks chop out to full depth and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary express an expansion joint into structural crack repairs Waterproof and seal all expansion joints and any plaster lip joints Waterproof and seal all parapets and horizontal reveals with Waterproofing Crack repairs and waterproofing where required on all other vertical and horizontal surfaces. Sealing and waterproofing around window frames, sills and doors etc. Scrape & repair cracked windowsills Assess any ground retaining walls, where necessary, drill and inject under pressure Siloxane Sealer Inspect and waterproof all drainage outflows to exterior balconies Inspect grout work on all exterior tiled balconies and replace where necessary with waterproof grout. Apply 1 coat siloxane sealer to balcony tiles & grout work Prime all plaster repairs 1 coat High Impact Polystyrene Plaster Primer Scrape where necessary, seal, prime and patch exterior pipe work. We have a very old 3 bedroom house that has not been lived in for 40 years. It's a square meter house. The house's electricity runs off a super old diesel generator. We have sold our property at Louisvale dorp. We have a valid COC, but afterwards, the buyer saw things he does not feel comfortable, request a new COC.
