I used them to move my furniture on 29 October, but the service was unprofessional. They arrived late and only finished loading the truck at 2 a.m., then said there was no space for my garden furniture and storeroom items. This was despite Pablo Movers inspecting my belongings beforehand and quoting to move everything. They then asked me to pay for an additional truck, even though I had confirmed in advance that all items would be moved at once with no extra charges. During the move, I also discovered that my Bosch drill had been stolen by one of their employees. I have asked for it to be returned, and their manager, Mike, assured me that it would be returned, but I am still waiting for it.
