My house has a pitched tile roof with no undertile membrane/sheeting. There's no barrier against wind and dust, and is not % waterproof. The house is extremely cold in winter. I need to insulate to keep warm, but want roof fixed first.

The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.
