I would like to get a quote for extending a house connecting to the current house plan. I do not want to change the model of the house. I would like to convert a bedroom into a garage. So basically constructors need to break the wall first and then build a garage. I want to extend the kitchen as well. Please send the quote via email.

We have a current patio area but it is not ideal for a proper patio set and braai. We would like a complete patio with a built in braai section. We need a basin and storage space for wood ect. The patio will be divided in 2 areas; a patio set area to seat 6-8 people and then the braai area which can accommodate 4-6 people. The roof needs to be closed with a wooden finish. The house is already constructed. There is no finishing, no tiling, no ceiling, no electrical wiring its basically empty it's just an empty box. There is a double garage door, but there is no motor, no windows no doors, no painting, and no plumbing. I need a building company to do the finishing. Please feel free to contact me for more info. I've already sourced 80% of the Material and only require labour. the following is required: - Foundation and brickwork - Plaster - Plumbing. The roof is asbestos. Hi, I am looking for a quote to paint out my house and garage as well as the roof. The house has a brick bottom and the top section of the house needs painting. The roof is a zink roof on both the garage and house. The house is a pitched roof and the garage is a flat roof.
