Property was used by a catering company, as a result has built up a layer of grease/ fat on walls etc. Walls, floors, ceilings and light fittings need thorough clean. Deep cleaning of two toilets. Gutters in front and back of property need to be cleaned with removal of debris. Cleaninf of wooden floor and skirting in front rooms of property. Cleaning of windows. General overall clean of cupbards and shelves.
The yard is fairly large and has become overgrown, with weeds throughout and grass that needs cutting down to a manageable, walkable level. The main priority is general garden maintenance and cleanliness, including removing weeds, cutting and maintaining the grass, clearing overgrown areas, and trimming or removing any old trees/branches that require attention. I am the parent and legal guardian to 2 minor heirs who inherited their father's estate. Their father's ex brother inlaw came forth with a will. (which we know is a fraudulent one as he didn't have one at the time of their father's passing) The will had now been accepted and he is the executor to the estate. Said to manage the children's funds and trust until they turn 21. He is making our lives difficult, not adhering to their monthly maintenance requirements and their needs. Please note that we put up a carport, only sheets and wooden beams. The structure was already there when we bought the house. We are currently selling and had no idea we needed approved plans when putting up metal sheets. So we need these plans to be drawn up fast so that we can get approval. I am not sure on the exact size as I am not home but its a small carport
Dear Sirs I need a lawyer because Standard Bank increased my mortgage term illegally and don’t have any documentation there off. They further loaded interest claiming their system did not charge me for certain period and the did not inform me, I only realised when I demanded my statements since they stopped sending me. i am employed at college as lecturer for sixteen years. I have been under low payment since i start working due to short of information. my REQV suppose to be 13 but the college is paying me on REQV 11 which belong to an unqualified teacher while in am not a teacher but a lecturer. my qualification say i am REQV 13 according to the certification of evaluation from DHET. after a lot of attempt, the HR do not want to fix this claim.
I sold a property in Randburg 16 years ago and no longer have the documentation relating to the transfer. It seems my then municipal account was not closed, nor new owner opened. Now City of JHB is threatening legal action and is requesting payment of the municipal account for the past 16 years. I've been to the Municipality - they say they can not help me if I can't produce the original transfer documentation. I need a for a copy of the historical transfer deed showing that ownership officially changed. I did provide them with a property report, which they could not accept
