I need to replace the current roof, which is tiled, with corrugated iron roof. Half of the roof is already corrugated iron, which was done by the previous owners. Plumbing repairs and replacement

1. Toilet handle broken. Can still flush if we open the cistern and pull the lever. 2. Outside pipe that leads the water from the washing machine and kitchen taps to the drain bitten off by dog. Now water flowing into yard. Replacement of pipe (and studier pipe) required. Pipe length roughly 3-4m long but leads around around the corner to the drain. Remove,existing steel doors and frames at seevant's quarters and replace. Prepare the walls where rising damp caused damage and repaint. Repair/ replace gutters and downpipes where required ( half the house has been done), attend to fascia boards and external ceilings where required and possibly damlseal and paint brick boundary wall.
