I would like to remove a 4m long wall separating the kitchen and dining room area to create a more open plan house. I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom).
