After 1-2 days of continuous rainfall in our area water has somehow penetrated one section of our tiled pitched roof on the eastern side of our house and dammed up in a pool about 1 square meter wide on the inside of the lounge ceiling below from where it has saturated the surrounding ceiling board and dripped through nail holes into the lounge.
Remove existing gutter and set aside for reuse. - Supply and install new 12x nutec fascia. - Reinstate gutter and align again. - Secure existing slipped fascia to both gable ends with nail-in anchors. In the front of the property and back. - Secure existing barge flashings with additional screws. - Check all existing roof screws torqued correctly.
2 toilets are running. I have to turn the water off to stop it running. 1 toilet is dripping at the pipe heading into the loo. The top element in the oven isn't working. The roof needs to be checked on the main house, the tiles are very old and may need to be replaced , also the flat roof needs to be redone as the tiles are old and broken, also the roof trusses needs to be checked for damage and repaired/replaced if needed, also the garage roof needs to be repaired(metal sheeting)

I would like to build a temple.. basically new structure needs to go up. An old building needs to be demolished and then reset the foundation and put up new walling or pillars/polling. Then ofcourse a roof. I was thinking thatch. Although, out last roof was thatch and it got burnt.
