Hi we had a pipe burst/ leak and detected that the paving totally disintegrated. The pipe burst was just above the paving and it filtered down underneath the paving. It's a about 1 meter stepdownand as the cars was driving over it the paving started moving downwards. We did not realized that there was a leak as the pipe that burst was underneath a massive concrete block. When we noticed the leak which was pumping water out on 1 Jan we started tracing the leak and finally discovered it.

We have a plot in velddrif and need to build a typical fishermans cottage. We aiming for to sqm. Single story but might consider 1 guest type flatlet upstairs for kids or holiday accomodation. We do not have plans yes but trying to get a feel for building costs. Corrugated roof sheeting, all alluminium frames. Not the most basic of finishes but not over the top either. Typical Cobra of maybe hans grohe, Quarts kitchen finishing etc. Will build 3 garage either big 3 door or 1 X double + 1 X single depending on what the land allows. Will for sure have water storage an solar but I think leave that our of the build estimate we can deal with that seperately.
Good day, I would like to request assistance with the paving of my yard. The total area to be paved is approximately square metres. The land has green lawn on it. Kindly provide me with a formal quotation in Word or PDF format, clearly separating the material costs from the labour costs to support informed decision-making and budgeting.
Building a open plan flat above single story house with patio over existing patio infront and patio over storage room at the back. Area is around 16m x 13m Excluding roof over hang. The chimney would need tobe removed and the solar system will be modified to fit the changes. Looking at budget friendly options to build upwards and Aluminum stacker doors will be used front and back.
Hi. We had plans drawn and passed. It was a U shaped house with 2 bedrooms on one side, each with a bathroom, then a lounge/dining area on the other side and a kitchen, and small study along the back. It also has a double garage with a small laundry attached. Ii was about sqm (maybe a bit less) but the quote was way more than I expected. I was looking at spending about +/- R1 . Maybe you can show me another option or maybe it's cheaper to buy? I've seen some very nice townhouses with what I'm asking for, for around R1 .?
