This is for a sloped garden. I would like to design and install a flat lawn on one of the levels, this would require digging and leveling as well as pathways and mini walls. The size of the lawn would be approximately /sqm. See two pictures attached for the current sloped garden. House no. 1 - requires waterproofing my top balcony on the corner. I have dampness in one bedroom downstairs that requires attention and repainting. My driveway gate requires painting as well as a door. House no. 2 - requires carpets to be removed from 3 bedrooms. lounge kitchen passage way has vinyl that is glued down. I want someone who knows how to repair sewing machines. The sewing machine I have is a kingstar. I want to fix it up as a birthday surprise for my mother. 1. Kitchen - Six square small white tiles need to be replaced - Small kitchen to be repainted; a small area of a few squared meters probably not needing more than one can of paint. Colour: probably light such as white or off-white 2. Bathroom - a number of tiles missing that need to be replaced
There is a water leak in my shower. I've called out guys who specialize in water leak detection and they've determined that some of the grouting between the wall tiles in the shower is the cause of the leak. The job is to remove some of the wall tile grouting where required and to re-grout with a proper water-proof grout with matching color of the existing grout. (refer attached picture, the green color is an example of where the grout needs to be replaced)
We're looking to completely redesign our outdoor space. The current garden is overgrown and outdated, and we'd like to create a modern, low-maintenance design with a mix of indigenous plants, paving, and possibly an irrigation system.
