Cleaning of kitchen wash all cupboards. Bathrooms 1 shower needs to be scrubbed clean. 2nd bathroom basic clean both toilet and wash basin washing of floor All 3 bedrooms basic cleaning of carpets. Rats in the ceiling The other day outside I saw a huge tail behind my sink but I couldn’t see the body And I recently saw a small rat on my bin outside I’m assuming the huge tail belonged to a much bigger rat that is in my ceiling At first I thought there’s a snake or a monitor lizard in my ceiling because of how heavy it sounded Judging by the huge tail I’m guessing it’s a huge rat
Cleaning of 2x bathrooms (showers, etc.) , 2x bedrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge area (no dining area) and balcony. Units to be cleaned on the outside and counter tops. Occasional cleaning of oven, and fridge on the inside (once every 3 months). Area has vinyl tiles throughout and only an area rug.
I did some maintenance inside the house and painted the skirtings and saw something weird with the skirting that was painted and upon closer inspection there was holes in the skirting - all chewed up... furhter down the skirting i found some termites still eating the skirting. could you maybe give me a quote for getting rid of the termites? - we have removed the damaged skirting as it was all. chewed up
