I like everything
I have a cottage at Somerset Place Society Retirement Village. The garden is on a slope without anything pleasing to retain or terrace the slope (all sorts of left overs from precast walls, ancient and decaying railway sleepers, bits of concrete) have been used. It has two very old and woody Hibiscus plants, two Guava trees and some very spikey leaved plants and a couple of uninspiring woody succulents. There is absolutely no theme or layout to the garden. It's simply horrid. I would like to have paved areas and a pathway with steps to the levels of the garden. Evergreen shrubs/with flowers as focus plants. Once established, it should be as low maintenance as is possible. Herbs mixed in the garden planting would be welcome and plants to attract birds, butterflies and bees are most welcome. I have two dogs and a cat. The dogs are diggers!
We have a tiny garden around a bricked area in front of our townhouse. There are trees on either side and a couple of established shrubs, which means that the area doesn't get much sun. We'd like someone to tell us what will work, dig up some buried concrete, bring fresh soil, and do the planting. We have a number of pots that we can use for annuals, so what we're after is an established low-maintenance garden.
I am not sure about the sqm
We have just gotten two small puppies. We have tried to maintain the garden, cutting the lawn ourselves. The weeds have gotten out of hand wit regards to the lawn as well as the beddings. We would like the lawn mowed, egdes trimmed, weeds in grass removed, beddings cleared of ALL plants and weeds, two or three big shrubs removed, two large cactus plants removed, delicious monster plant/s removed. We hope to perhaps make use of a service to maintain the garden fortnightly, but want to see outcome of initial request first
Hi - I have just taken occupation of an apartment in Disa Park (Vredehoek) there are 2 Mclaren A/C units. I would like to have them serviced. One of the two doesn't seem to be cooling down to the selected temp. There is only one remote and i would like to know if its possible to purchase another remote. The one unit has a front panel missing and i wondered if its possible to get this part?

We recently moved into a flat in Port St Francis and we have an extreme cockroach infestation. I see at least 4-5 every day. If we go out at night and come back we’ve counted 9-11 on the kitchen counters. They are mostly in the kitchen but I’ve also seen some in the bedrooms. They look like American cockroaches and range from extremely large to very small. I have also seen fish moth looking pests. I see at least one a day. The flat is 74 square metres. Thanks so much.
Ac don't have remotes
