I had a plan drawn up but need someone to check it for me as there are forms that need to be completed. The person who drew my house plan is not registered but does draw for people especially in rural communities. Will it be possible to check my plan and fill in forms and charge me according to that.

My brother is in jail and he was sentenced 30 years and he is already served 15 years 9months. According to his sentence plan, he is due for parole, he's been in parole board for 4 times and they are giving him further profiles yet he has done all programmes skills and he has no internal charges, that will qualify him to be granted a date of release. His classification group is A. In the last parole meeting, they gave him a further profile due to that the psychologist hasn't submitted his report, he has his meeting with the psychologist in November , yet the issue now is that the report has not been submitted. We need a lawyer to intervene in order to speed up a process.

Have an existing free-standing house. When I bought the house, the previous owner had an architect prepare the plans because the council could not find the old plans from the 70's. The architect has since absconded. I am looking for an architect to draw up an as-built plan with planned alterations to internal walls and changes to the outbuildings.
Good day, I have a situation where I have a month to month contract with a rental property. I have paid my account timeously ever since moving in, they have provided me with a notice that I need to be out by the end of the month at 12h00 during the day, (while I have spoken to the agent explaining to her that I am at work and will not be able to take time off, as it is our month-end and I can only move my things out by the 1st, as it falls on a public holiday), being fully aware that I will only be able to move into the new place by the 1st of the new month. Please note that I have not signed this notice of them, of course I do not agree with this. I have the feeling they will be keeping my deposit from me too, and I would like to find out how I can claim this back please?
