This is is a claim for booking.com payout. Had a property I was subletting and was having issues with the landlord. He sent an email to booking.com to block my payout. I’ve attached the invoice of the amount due to me from booking.com that the owner has blocked and the letter he used to block my payout with booking.com and Airbnb. Fortunately, I didn’t have any payouts due from Airbnb. I’ve also attached the lease agreement they didn’t include subletting in it but I have evidence that they were aware of it.
I would like to request a quotation for legal services relating to the registration of a usufruct over a residential property. The property has an estimated market value of less than R1 million, and there are four beneficiaries involved. We are considering a structure where the beneficiaries hold the bare ownership of the property while another party is granted a usufruct over the property. Could you please provide a quotation for the following: Your professional fees; Notarial and conveyancing fees; Deeds Office fees; Any other disbursements or costs that may apply; and An indication of the expected time frame for the process.
I have a property in a CC name. It's going to be de-registered. There is no trading within this CC. It is dormant. I am just wanting the Asset in my name. I don't have the current Deeds with me, it would have to be pulled from the Deeds Office. The existing Deeds would need to be cancelled, as a new business name would be eventually used and put into place. I am looking for a quotation on the above please.

I sold a property in Randburg 16 years ago and no longer have the documentation relating to the transfer. It seems my then municipal account was not closed, nor new owner opened. Now City of JHB is threatening legal action and is requesting payment of the municipal account for the past 16 years. I've been to the Municipality - they say they can not help me if I can't produce the original transfer documentation. I need a for a copy of the historical transfer deed showing that ownership officially changed. I did provide them with a property report, which they could not accept
I purchased a property in Johannesburg, which has since been transferred into my name. Before the purchase and transfer, I was not informed that there was no lawful water meter serving the property or that the water connection may be illegal. I was only told that the water pressure was low and that I should contact Johannesburg Water. After contacting Johannesburg Water, their technician inspected the property and advised that there is no meter in the meter box and that the water supply is illegally connected. I was advised that I must apply for a new 20 mm water meter to regularise the supply, at an estimated cost of approximately R23,00 This issue appears to have existed before transfer and was not disclosed to me. The transferring attorneys have written to the sellers and the bank, but the sellers are not responding to those emails or messages from an agent I would like legal advice on my rights, who should be responsible for the cost of correcting this issue, and what action can be taken to obtain an urgent resolution and recover any costs I may incur.
This is regarding the house It's an RDP house on the statement it shows 3 names of people under it, it seems like the house was sold without any agreement We went to court and get the letter of authority and we went to go and do a title-deed and still appears the three names so now we need a lawyer that will help to transfer 1 name in the title deed
