Good day We are looking at having a 60th birthday gathering for my husband on Saturday 15th March for approximately 30 people. He wants to celebrate at home and wants a casual "dinner" within a reasonable budget. We would want a main course (or option of two or three meats - guests to choose in advance so they can't have all :)) and possibly a dessert option. Please will you send me some ideas ...spit braai AND non braai options please. I need to decide what suits our budget before making a decision. I would like to host 20 people for my birthday celebration. I would like the catering to include starters and a lunch buffet, I would like two proteins; 2 vegetables and one starch for the lunch. Hi, we are hosting a wedding of around - people. We want plates of food laid out on each table so that people can self service. We envision the food being: STARTER: 1) Fresh bread with dip (pretty simple) MAIN: 1) Lamb meat 2) veggies 3) Salad 4) baked potatoes Any other recommendations are hugely welcome if you feel it will make the food better. Our budget isn't too tight so we are pretty flexible. Food is one area we want to make sure we get right and we want to ensure we don't under cater.
