About: PLB Accountants is based in Malmesbury, Western Cape, but services clients throughout the Western Cape. Our founder, Philip Barnard, is registered with (SAIPA) and holds a B.Com Honours (Taxation) through UCT. He completed his SAICA articles at Boshoff Visser Incorporated, where he practised as an accountant for 7 years. He is especially passionate about tax and all tax-related issues and is equally comfortable working with large or small businesses, financial matters, start-ups or individuals.
