Our kitchen has 2 sinks, both are not in good condition. We will need at least: - sinks must be siliconed to counter -leaks under sinks must be found and fixed -filtration system must be replaced with the bigger one we have (currently a very small one is installed) -additional work that the plummer deems nessesary is welcome but needs to be communicated and approved first (very welcome to recommend improvements)
I took out the shower and want to place the basin where the shower was. I want the basin’s pipes to be removed, a new bath installed and a new toilet. Everything stay the same except for the basin that is going to move. There is galvanized pipes used in the previous job. I also need a geyser to be moved.
We have a plot on the R 24 behind the Excalibur Castle. The main house is currently standing empty. The garden is not maintained but needs to be cleaned for property viewers/buyers.
