How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
1. Remove bath and do a walk in shower. 2. Replace basin with a floating cupboard and basin. 3. Replace toilet 4. Add a wall cupboard with mirror aligning to size of floating basin cupboard. 5. I have a 2 or 3-phase project with the primary objective focussed on the bathroom: Bathroom: - take out the bathtub - do waterproofing in preparation for, and install a walk-in shower - retile bathroom (floor, shower, walls - not certain of height of wall tiling yet) Living/kitchen area: - retile as initial installation was done poorly - most tiles are loose. Stretch/optional goal: - integrate battery inverter to unit's power supply The supplied/attached plan is what I came up with after several iterations of different ideas. It's not % final and lacks detail such as the shower floor slope, but should be sufficient to get a ballpark quotation (I think). The entire flat is 49m², the bathroom is about 4.3m², the living room/kitchen area is 16.5m².
Remodeling and renovating 4 small single rooms into 2 bachelor units and 1 small single room. Bachelor rooms to have a basic bathroom and kitchenette. This will require some plumbing work and electricals. For a student accommodation . I need a good contractor. One who really understands buildings and has good references. Someone who is neat, detailed, communicative and has good time management.
I want to extend one bedroom by moving a wall between the bedroom and lounge by approximately 1m. Separately the bathroom I want to modernize by removing the bath and installing a shower. Additionally, removing the passage storage space and moving the bathroom door to the space that would be added as seen in the image attached.

Kitchen remodel is split into 3 sections. Our kitchen needs cabinets replaced/added. We want new granite countertops. We have a pantry which we want shelves to be replaced, maybe some cabinets added and a countertop to also be added. In the scullery, we need cupboards replaced and cabinets replaced/added. Our bathroom needs everything replaced. A new toilet, walk in shower, a bathtub and new cabinet.

Good Day. We are in the transfer process of our first little townhouse. but it is very old. we want to possibly paint the kitchen cupboards and replace the toilets and sinks. if our budget allows. I dont know if the project will be too small for you guys. If possible, we would like to tile the unit too, but only if our budget allows for it
