Iam looking for renovation/ division of unit in ground floor where it is an office as current. The walls to be done by dry wall. 1. No of units : 3 units 2. I need sanding, painting, electrical done in the garage. I need a floating shelf put in and potentially dry wall to hide pipes. In the outside bathroom, we need to add a basin and potentially new toilet cistern (base is fine). I need tiling done on the floor too as well as the door fixed and lockable, walls painted and poly filled.
