Iam looking for renovation/ division of unit in ground floor where it is an office as current. The walls to be done by dry wall. 1. No of units : 3 units 2. Each unit to have its own DB box and electrical wiring. 3. Sewer drainage to connect from existing down pipe sewer. 4. Roof is existing 5. Ceiling height : 3.5m
I need sanding, painting, electrical done in the garage. I need a floating shelf put in and potentially dry wall to hide pipes. In the outside bathroom, we need to add a basin and potentially new toilet cistern (base is fine). I need tiling done on the floor too as well as the door fixed and lockable, walls painted and poly filled.

4 bed 2.5 bath house. Ideally hidden/ cement roof. Open to single or double storey. Ground already cleaned up for the project. My family is not on site so it’s gonna be partially remote management. So to begin with, what is the average R/c charged per sqm for Architectual plans/3D drawings etc ready for Municipal approval?
