They answered my calls right away and slotted me in for a cleanup within two days, which felt super responsive. The tech showed up on time, talked me through the chemical balance, and left the equipment area tidy.

Still, the water never reached that crystal look and the tile line stayed hazy, so the finish didnt quite meet my expectations. I hope next visit they spend a bit more time on the polish.

I have a portable lt bestway pro max pool with a small filter that can't backwash etc. Pool went green, I shocked it to blue with hth and soda ash but now I can't get rid of the stuff at the bottom from all those chemicals. Needs backwashing and bit more attention to restore back to sparkling blue. May become more regular client if you can do this nicely

It’s a small beach pool. The gunnite surface is coming off when we scrape the walls while cleaning. Those little gravelly bits are loose & now just collecting on the bottom of the pool. There are also cracks. The pool is about 25years old. I don’t know what the size is in litres or square meters. But at its deepest it’s shoulder height and I’m about 5.6 f tall.
