The house was built in of partially brick and clay and plastered with concrete. The floors are all wooden except for a kitchen floor. There has been visible foundation movements that has resulted in structural cracks in walls. Wooden floors are in good condition however foundations need attention to ring the structure to life. The owner wants to renovate the house and move in within 3 months. I have attached herewith existing house plans. Roof is in good condition however painting work on the roof sheeting must be done. The house has four bedrooms and balcony. Bedroom next to the kitchen will be converted to kitchen and open plan dinning rooms. All bedrooms must have ensuite and a visitors ablution created.
