My washing machine currently stands in the bathroom, there is a linen cupboard next to the bathroom where I would like to move the machine in. I would need a hole to be drilled in the back of the linen cupboard and connect the water to the basin with a stop valve, would also need a draining pipe to run through and connect to either the basin drain or the bathtub drain
I need a quote to fix a leaking shower in my Cape Town home. The shower is an Attack unit with a base and two dry walls on the side. After some drainage work was done, the base started moving on the floor, breaking the silicone and causing a major leak. The previous plumbers want to replace the drywalls because the have been compromised but that's not feasible right now and need a more practical alternative to waterproof the shower properly. The walls and base need to be waterproof because the base move when in the shower and then the silicone brakes. See images Attached. The previous plumbers really made a mess. I am having lots of problems with their work so I need someone who can do the job well. Could you please provide a cost estimate to repair the leak, stabilise the base, and ensure it is watertight? I can send some pictures through as well.
Seems the toilet drain keeps blocking. Which pushes everything up to the outside drain.
When the sink tap is closed after the dishes are washed, there is consistent gurgling/dripping sound in the pipe for 15 seconds. Thereafter, everytime the tap is opened or closed the sound re-appears. We used drain cleaner, as instructed. The initial blockage seems to be clear but the sound after tap is closed persist. The maintenance guys on the estate tried but little success. Any suggestions!!!
I would like to clear a blocked kitchen drain. Water is going down very slowly. The outlet for the kitchen drain is just outside the kitchen going into the drain of the outside side. There's no blockage in the outside drain. It's the pipe in the kitchen. Please can I have a quote and if available on Monday 27 Oct.
The leak has been identified. It is a pipe under the paving at the kitchen wall. It needs to be dug open and replaced. Urgent as it is a large leak 10 liters per hour

The issue is the height of the outlet pipes requiring new sewer line dug 0.5 below to connect showers, this will needed to run about 35 m and connect to main sewer line. Fill up and close. All inclusive price SABS basic including materials or just labour costs and material list. Excludes tiling
