My geyser switch keeps tripping on the DB board. We live in a complex so I contacted the body corporate that sent an electrician and said the thermostat was faulty. The electrician replaced the thermostat but the problem still persists. Not sure what else the issue could be. Please advise how much it would cost to repair?

Hi, I am looking for a quote to paint out my house and garage as well as the roof. The house has a brick bottom and the top section of the house needs painting. The roof is a zink roof on both the garage and house. The house is a pitched roof and the garage is a flat roof. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. Wiring of a section of a house. The section will have 2 DB's, 2 geysers, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with en-suites, 6 other rooms. There rest of the house will be done at a later stage.
