I own a 2-bedroom flat in Morningside, Durban. I'm looking to have new carpets laid in both bedrooms, the kitchen floor redone (tiles? open to advice); taps in en-suite bathroom and kitchen replaced with heavy-duty industrial quality fittings. There also appears to borer damage to certain of the built-in cupboards, so I'd prefer some advice there too, and some wall tiling repairs to be done.
