We are married for +-9 years with a significant age gap.We have 3 kids of school going age Our marriage is characterized by abuse from my side.One could say that my wife's subsequent choices with wrong friends,as well as hurtful actions are probably caused by my actions over the years.She has since withdrawn herself emotionally,and is considering divorce.She is, however,open to counseling,as a last resort.Both of us wants things to be the way it was during our courtship.We both have since apologized to one another for all the hurtful things said and done.I am convinced our marriage is at this stage because of unresolved issues which weren't addressed earlier,and we should have gone this route previously.I admit, ashamedly,for putting her through this ordeal and am really hopeful for your assistance.There is fortunately communication between us,in fact there has never been a communication break down between us.My wife recently admitted that the love she felt for me is no longer there,but she still has hope that we can save our marriage.

I complained to my supervisor about this device but she did nothing. when this guy found out that I reported him one of his workers wrote me a letter to say we will no longer be needing your assistance. they blocked me at work from entering. yiu I sue him or the big conpany. it's a very big company
My X's husband passed away almost a year ago he got no one on his property no one on his funeral policy.we have three kids all three are adults .so the kids nominated me to handle the father stuff.the sister move in the house without permission.i want her out of the house and I want all the documents of my X's husband .his id title deed forms from CCTV.and the letter the doctor.because I need to claim his policy.so the sister don't want to give it and the kids want to go live in there fathers house.
I have a very small ( +/- 2.8 x 1m) very old fashioned en-suite bathroom (basically the end of the passage in the house) which is in desperate need of a revamp. The complicating factor is that the entire house is a wood framed drywall structure (built by an american many years ago). The En-suite is fairly simple , a toilet, small basin and shower (both with separate hot/cold taps) with swinging barn doors, Tiled with very old fashioned small ' patterned tiles" - which were painted over with tile primer. Im not sure how the shower "tub" was built but I have to "seal" the shower corners etc periodically to prevent leaks. The Shower has an old fashioned raised floor, with sliding three pane door. the shower head is an old fashioned wall mounted spout with separate hot and cold water taps (pain in the a$$ to get the mix right). I want to have the raised floor area removed , and have the shower be rebuilt - to be modern, a modern mixer with a stainless "slot drain", rain shower head, and added hand held shower nozzle (not sure of terminology). The floor to be a single level with a floor level "pivoting" glass door, new modern basin with mixer (wth small narrow cabinet underneath and a neat modern toilet. The interior drywall will almost certainly need to be replaced when the original tiles are removed (preferably with 9mm Nutec as in my experience it is far more waterproof.) I would also like an extractor fan fitted and the current wood window frame removed and replaced with aluminium window like the other aluminium windows in the house.
Good day I am wanting to remove my mother in laws name off our bond and put my name there. She has not contributed towards the bond. She just put her name on the bond about 25 years ago to let my husband keep the house. She has no claim financially to the house. Im just concerned if something happens to my husband this leavea me in a vulnerable position. And when it comes to money she is a blood hound. We also need to update our wills each of us having separate wills. We need to know the financial costs etc to get this all done. Regards

His current wife has not made any provisions for his only child, which is my son who is going to be 17 years old in June. Hi I hope you are well I have a close friend who I adore alot according to my observation she seems to have been through so much in her as an individual she is a mom of 3 with kids from age 10,15 & 17 with no father the burden of raising then alone, home pressure of another being acknowledged and being looked down by the parents and constantly being reminded that she is a failure,not earning enough to provide for all the kids and her own needs as a mom, she constantly struggles in her relationship as she forever thinks that all man are the same due to the pain of being left with the kids and their fathers not supporting them financially and emotionally nor to assist with anything. Her owner family treat her bad as a failure and she is not considered in most instances.
