I am unable to take calls but I am reachable on email and Whatsapp. I have rooms in my area which need to be reconstructed. They are in poor condition now but I want to improve them by increasing their size, including a bathroom, sink, giza, good ceiling and tiles. I want to know the possible cost and then gather the amount. The only limit might be sizing, the size of the yard might not allow increasing of the size.
Water meter continues running with taps closed . My Water bill going sky high every month.
The current facebrick wall has to be taken down, a concrete footing needs to constructed and a decorative wire fence with metal support posts, is to be installed.
Approx 30Sq Meter. Slope 1 way between gables. Remove Existing Roof and Tiles. Replace with new Trusses and Tiles.
