We need to replace our roof sheets, currently we have corrugated sheets but want to replace the whole roof with IBR, we had a massive hail storm this side that absolutely destroyed our roofing and looking for a change so we're looking to place a relatively big order and I'm going around trying to collect information and the best price so we can get this project started and finished as soon as possible. Ideally we would prefer to get the custom sheets unless you're able to source them cheaper. THE FRONT CORNER WHERE THE DRAINAGE PIPE IS THERE WATER DAMAGE THAT CAN BE SEEN ON THE PART OF THE ROOF IN THE HOUSE. IT HAS WATER PROOFED WHICH HELPS FOR ABIT AND THEN START LEAKING AGAIN. IT SEEMS TO BE DOING THE SAME THING AT THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AS WELL, WHICH SEEMS TO BE WORSE AS THE ONE WALL IN THE KITCHEN SHOWS WATER IS GETTING TINTO THE WALL

We are starting with extensions at our home in Kenridge soon. We have a contractor that will handle the bulk of the work and they contract out the specialised work - however, the quotation they provide for the roof is beyond our budget. There are brown stains on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. We suspect the roof is leaking. So we want the roof to be inspected and fixed as well as the ceiling. If it can be save then be saved through repainting. if not advise on best celing options There is a falling ceiling board in the kitchen and we would like to be fixed. There might be other roof problems which the inspection will reveal.
