Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

I need a a pharmacy plan, the layout inside please quote me on a square metre of a a pharmacy that can work in a mall or a free standing complex kind of centre . pharmacy area for schedules items shelving must show, there must be a 2 computers there and 1 pay point inside the pharmacist area say about 30 square meter, then a small 4 by 3 nursing area for injections, hiv testing and so forth where a nurse will be that will have a desk , 1 cabinet for injections and 1 bed, the rest of the floor for non scheduled items and the pay area next to the entry and exit area.
The house has an outdoor shower.there is space to expand the master bedroom and change the bathroom layouts but it will involve trussles and roof work. The layout of the lounge , dining room entrance lobby need reimagining , we need a study/office and would like to keep the house a 3 bedroom yet the existing 2 single bedrooms are quite tight .
