Toilet is not flushing properly. It only flushes when I open the clean out pipe and let the air out. The last few days even that is not helping to make it flush and the drain fills up. Solids take forever to flush down. Water level in toilet drops and it makes a glugging sound that goes on until I open the clean out pipe.

We have already dug open the underground sewerage pipe. Roots of a tree grew into old clay type sewerage pipe. We shall also remove the existing sewerage pipe , 5 meter length. We have already bought the new mm underground sewerage pipe ( 6 meter length) as well as the connecter fittings ( mm ) . We have also bought the river sand which should be placed in the trench underneath the new pipe and also on top of the new pipe. Please quote to place the new pipe.
Buglers came into the house to vandalize and steal all the steel in the house. Currently all the water taps, shower taps, basins taps, sink taps and all handles are missing therefore need replacement.
