Hello I have a property that I was self managing, and had to fly from Joburg to desk with plumbing issues. Finally discovered its corded pipes that’s now been fixed. But the flat is in an appalling state, destroyed by tenants and uncapped. They have been given notice to vacate end of Feb . I will then fix it up and would like assistance with letting it out going forward.
