• Describe the problem you are experiencing (in more detail): Small complex of 15 units, Municipal bulk meter shows higher usage than all 15 meters added together, have tried isolation but nothing is conclusive and we cannot seem to see the leak or any evidence of the leak. We seem to be losing around 1 to 2kl per day, surely we should see something?
