We live in a complex. The bathroom door frame is rusting and needs refurbishment. What may be costly though is that the frame is a junction frame. There is a room with door frame aligned next to the bathroom frame. This job may need cutting into cement and brick as it's a metal frame. This then effects the tiling as well. The rust may be deep and a patchwork job may not work. Many thanks

Hi I am planning on building a house of about to square meters on a square meter plot in Hurlingham. This should include 2 garages, 4 beds (two en-suite), two lounges, 2 studies, a store room, SQ, and the usual rooms. What ball pack cost can to estimate, understanding that you would have to survey and quote? Thanks
I am looking at extending my home, but considering the options and what would be most cost effective. I am considering two options: 1. A granny flat- with 2 beds, bath, open plan lounge and kitchen 2. Adding on a second floor, with 3 beds, bath and open plan lounge and kitchen. Preferably with an outside stairs, but not sure if building regulations allow this. Need to connect with an "advisor" then can give some ideas, before we proceed with having plans drawn up etc.
1. Open plan rondavel 3 m in diameter with black roof 2. The roof should have a strip of glass right round for natural sunlight (skylight) 3. The door should face north and be wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through 4. The interior should have wooden walls and roof and floors 5. The windows should open and there should be no windows located on the south side of the the building. 5. The picture I have attached is what I want
Good Day . My name its Louisa from a location at Atteridgeville near Lotus Gardens its called Davidsonville. We are having a problem with our entrance its wet when it rains we have a small stream on the side and water is not following properly and it difficult to pass with cars and even pedestrian. We need to do a small entrance bridge which is suitable for cars and people.
I’m not sure how to explain it, but I want to renovate my grandmother’s house. It was originally a four-room township house and was extended in . My goal is to improve its functionality and flow by making the kitchen and lounge open plan, fixing the roof, and demolishing the en-suite in the main bedroom. The hallway layout doesn’t make sense, so I’d like to rework it, as well as completely redo the main bathroom. Additionally, I need to address structural issues like the leaking roof, flatten the plaster for a smoother finish, install a stacking door in the lounge, and add a new window in the main bedroom. I also want to replace all windows and doors—both inside and outside—to give the house a cleaner, more modern look. Overall, I just want to make the house neater, more practical, and improve its overall flow.
Good day I want to move the following furniture from Birdwood Estate to Pretoria (Rietvalleirand) on the 12th of March: - Two desks - One small fridge - One double bed with bedframe (disassembled) - Two desk chairs - Three small bedside tables - Three rugs - Small display table (1m x 20cm) - One standing lamp - One portable airconditioner The complex where the furniture should be moved to do not allow trucks of more than 4 ton. Can you please send me a quotation? Kind regards
Take down tiling, build a wall (to close the shower), break the shower walls, build shelves, move the drainage and bath, add new shower, new vanity, new tiling, possibly new flooring. One wall has wardrobe cupboards that need to be removed. New cabinets to be built into the en suite bedroom. Attached plan is not necessarily to scale.
