Everything went well in the beginning, then things started falling apart because he had his own timeline when he wanted the job to be done and so did I. When the first disruption came, things went downhill. To this day my roof and other things are not fixed properly and I have to find someone else to help me when they should have fixed it for me.
The client forgot to mention he went behind my back and used my worker to work for him over weekends on the same site. He also failed to mention that he made my workers offers in front of me to finish the work. He also failed to mention after he made rhem the offer he terminated my contract with him. Now the fact that his guys didnt finish the work like he says has got nothing to do with me. The fact that the work at his place is according to him not finish, that is his problem as he paid my guys to finish the work and terminated my contract. He also failed to mention about his fraudulent claims but thats something im going to make sure he answers for

I'm considering the possibility of adding a 2nd story to my house. Would like a similar layout to the ground floor with the exception of a kitchen on the top floor and using that extra space for a outside balcony section. House 60sqm and would want the top floor to consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with a open space for and entertainment area and balcony area. I attached the original plans for the house.

Kitchen: I would like a quote for remodelling the kitchen in the house we have just purchased. I would like to remove all existing cabinets and install modern farm style green cabinets, with a wooden work top. We would want cabinets only on the bottom half and open shelving on the top, as it has a pantry and we would not need cabinets above. I would also like a matching island, preferably with a Butler's sink and space for 3 bar stools. We would also want to replace the existing sinks with butler's sinks.

Need a quote on wetworks: To lay mm slab in one of the spaces (30 to 40m2). Once done to screed the entire m2 space and float. Conduit to be installed in the floor to facilitate plug points (can be discussed onsite). To straighten plastering (or remove entirely) plaster on soffit and concrete beams in space. To screed 50mm to 80mm in another vacant 90m2 space and float.
