7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
Quote 1: Double carport with aluminium frame 7.4m x 6.4m, bronze colour. Quote to be as per the attached picture - only one side will be covered, the other two sides there is a wall. Quote 2: Gate with aluminium frame 2m high, 3.5m wide. Small gate to be within or inside the big gate. Picture attached

Installation Potchefstroom – 12km out of town on R53 to Parys Grey Frames + Tinted glass – there will only be 2 Doors with windows hung. still need to decide on the composition of the frames. Either 1) new carport or 2) Repairs to existing carport 1) New carport: 10m x 3m carport with 3 posts on one side and attached to brick wall (house) on other. 2) Repairs to existing one roofed carport. 2 of the 3 posts and structure/gutter on one side rusted through. I am wanting to replacing my driveway sliding gate with a new metal wood clad one. The concrete driveway may need some cutting in as the existing system is too high and our vehicle struggles to get over it. Added to the new sliding gate, an additional fence panel will be needed to match which will be attached between the roof structure and the garage wall (seen in photos).

I have a parking that through the garage door as indicated on the attachment. My parking does not have a roof top. So what I want is to put up a roof and then burglar bars gate to secure my vehicle as I feel it is not very secure by only having the current garage door without a roof. The burglar gate will be installed inside this gate.
