I have a roof of approximately sqm with slate tiles that I want to have replaced with metal sheeting. If there is not a big price difference we can also use shingles. I would ideally like to have it done next year January/February.

I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over.
