Hi I would like a square meter rate for a torch on waterproof. There is existing torch on which is 20 years old, on a flat concrete roof. the square meters is sq/m. I would like a price first so we can see if we can afford it. It's a concrete roof . I am not there this next week, and we working on repairs on our house ,so we can extend our bond. I need to cover the drying yard of the property the yard is approx. 6m x 3m. Though I have specified a hard cover would consider shade netting. The only purpose of this cover is to keep the yard dry from the rain and would request your advice. The structure should be robust to withstand monkeys walking on it.

There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
The roof was recently painted and the winter has damaged some of the roof sheets. The roof is leaking in 3 areas. I would like the roof to be checked and any issues sorted. I have an old roof. The builder has advised me it is either asbestos or fibre cement. I have some water proofing that needs to be done.
6 seven meter metal sheets. The rain has completely ruined my roof and I need 6 metal sheets of 7 meters in size each. I only need the supply and I am willing to collect the materials myself as well. The carport needs to come from the side of the house which is about 1 meter in width, and to the way to the front of house which is about 6x6m if I'm not mistaken. I would like a quote I'm not sure what the correct measurements are at this stage. We would also like carport roof that is solid for all weather conditions especially rain, but brings in natural sunlight to the home still. Please advise. Thank you

There can be no implanting with concrete due to Estate rules in order to term the port as a temporary structure.
