Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. Shoprite Nelspruit Cash and Carry had damages on their roof with the huge storm. We need a quotation to repair the roof as it is leaking severely now when it rains. Will you urgently please go to the store to do a proper inspection and provide us with a comprehensive quotation. You can speak to the branch manager when you get to the store (Dirk).
1. Coloured walls need to be repainted to original colour. 2. All holes in the walls to be filled. 3. There are multiple ceiling boards either missing or damaged; they need to be replaced. 4. Conduits and double sided tape to be removed before painitng. 5. Light switches and plug points with paint on need to be cleaned. if possible: 6. Some of the dry walling panels were removed, and it have to be replaced.
I am guessing the roof area at +- M2? This is a 2 bedroomed house with a 4 -triangled roof facing 4 ways. One section receiving direct rain needs extra attention and the rest still reasonable. You will probably check all measurements on internet Google maps etc. Quote to paint roof in green please. This must wait untill mid to end January'24
We'd love to change the design, install a whole new roof. Perhaps extend the height, I'm wondering if you do other stuff besides the roof. Like painting the house, installing tiles on the wall, pavement, floor tiles, kitchen units installation etc. We're looking on renovating the house but we're comparing the prices for now.
