we built 2 flats at the back of our yard, the smaller flat is an open plan with a bathroom - shower only, the lounge and bedroom are open plan with a small kitchenette no stove only cupboards and a sink. the bigger flat, also has a kitchen with a stove and oven sink etc, also open plan with the kitchen and lounge area, bedroom and bathroom (has a bath toilet, shower) is separate. There's 2 minor children involved. It's been years of domestic abuse, no physical abuse really other than kicking household items into the children in fits of rage by my ex. Also he chose to go no contact and then decided he wants contact with the kids however it's on his terms like he will say you can let the kids call at this time or this time and when we do call then he doesn't answer. I allow contact, I don't stop him although I feel what he does isn't in the best interest of the children as it sets them up for disappointment. He talks to our eldest via kids messenger, I obviously supervise messages incase he gets nasty. He has done so in the past out of anger where he called our 7yo and 3yo and told them to never talk to him ever again he is done which I feel is abusive towards the children. I have a property in a CC name. It's going to be de-registered. There is no trading within this CC. It is dormant. I am just wanting the Asset in my name. I don't have the current Deeds with me, it would have to be pulled from the Deeds Office. Repaint the room and the dressing room, the walls, the roof and the window frames. Replace the current fan with a new one, and replace the light and the plug fitting switches.
Draw up a plan for a garage. The garage will be dug into the soil in front of the house and will be below house floor but above street level. So the back wall and the south side wall needs to be retaining walls. The garage needs to have a concrete deck as I want the deck to have artificial grass on it to make it part of the garden again. This will go over building boundary lines and I will need to get permission from COCT... so the project is a bit complex. See attached documents
