I am usually auto assessed by SARS, but was retrenched last year. Started working again in Jan . Problem is my current employer deducted tax and uif, but on request he said there is no IRP5 for Jan and Febr as the "auditors" only registered me in March , he wanted to give the money back to me, I refused. I had confirmation cc is not even registered for workman compansation. I suspect tax is still not even paid over to SARS. I need assistance with efiing/ Sars and possibility that cc must be reported with SARS & workman compensation.
I work and earn a salary this is my primary income. I have property that i rent out on a personal capacity as additional income. i have money invested in annuity and investment. i really struggling with managing my finances. i have to submit provisional tax returns and just don't have time to gather all the information to submit to the company that assists me with Tax returns. i need someone to assist with managing my personal finances and information retaining to allow me to submit all required information to SARS.

I would like to be assisted with getting a CIPC certificate. I have registered on CIPC but i am struggling to get the certificate , the system requires me to file for beneficiary of ownership and tax returns and i am not sure on what to do. My company has R0 revenue. Please note that i do have SARS tax clearance .

I've lived here for 25 years and not paid tax as my UK state pension and company pension were not taxable. That might change in March so I need to know what my non-taxable allowance would be and what costs I can offset against tax. I also need to know if both my small UK State pension and small remnants of my company pension are both taxable. A friend asked his tax adviser about tax on his UK State pension and was told the new tax would not apply. This surprised me.
I run the back end of my partner’s Chinese Medical Practice (acupuncture doctor) from our home in Kommetjie. He has previously had a tax practitioner in JHB but she has let us know that she is changing the nature of her practice and will no longer be managing his tax. She set up his e-filing so I would need help transferring it to himself. We haven’t filed in the last 3 or 4 years so we really need to get on top of this ASAP. I track and categorise his monthly incomes and expenditures in Vault and export to excel spreadsheets but have virtually no experience with SARS and am honestly quite terrified of it.
