Bought a very old house and need to renovate and extend Add Patio (priority as summer approaches) Plans are very old - hand drawn document (not updated) Require architect to redraw plans digitally and add the extensions to the new plans Future plans - re-modification on both floor levels Extend and create more space Currently 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + study room Study room on 1st floor does not have plumbing which results in guest having to walk through main bedroom to use bathroom.
