I would like to institute legal action against ABSA and their attorneys who thought it would be a good idea to freeze all my bank accounts. I have done nothing illegal. I have a PR permit i obtained in ,through work permit and marrying to SA citizen which she divorced me in after she cheated on me.We have kids .I first applied an ID in but it didn't come out and I have tried several times now they are saying because of divorce they can't help. On the permit it states clearly that the permit will lapse in 2 years save the cause of death but we stayed more than 2 years. I have visited the divorce court they told me the permit is still valid but the DHA officials are giving me tough time. I want to provide a future for kids.
I never received anything from my divorce. And it was written on the court paper the estate should have been shared. I was not even notified about it. Only found out recently that I'm divorced in .
