patient came in to do fillings at our practice. We have claimed from her medical aid, they had mentioned that there was a portion that was not paid as her funds are exhausted and she is now liable for the outstanding amount. We have contacted the patient several times to get her to pay but had no luck in finding a solution.
This woman sold an item for me then conveniently 'lost' her wallet with her bank cards in it. Then 'someone' took money out of her account. She acknowledged the debt and said she'd pay me as soon as she sold other items on behalf of other people and made her commissions..we'll she ghosted me, stopped reading/replying to WhatsApp messages and never answered my calls. Basically she's a scammed. I've had a letter of debt sent too 2 addresses I had and both came back she no longer lives at either address. She continues to advertise items for sale via WhatsApp....

My (ex) husband passed away in December . We got divorced in amd we never divided our estate but his death certificate said he's married. He was staying with someone else by the time of his passing so pension fund trustees gave the girlfriend some share and they said my divorce decree didn't state that I should get divorce claim. My kids tried registering his death online but they sent a rework saying the death certificate said married so the wife should be the next of kin and executor or we should go to home affairs and ask them to change the marital status. I went and they said he died married according to their records. I showed them the divorce decree but they still refused. They said the only thing they can do for me is to apply for marriage certificate from Pretoria and come check it after 3 months. I received it and last week I went to Masters, they told me that they need the car papers and I called home because they said we will get his things after a year. They said they don't have car certificate so I knew that his girlfriend took it.I asked my son to call and ask for the certificate but the woman said the car is hers and is under her name.I went to licensing to check if there's any vehicle under the deceased’s name to my surprise there was nothing. I gave them the registration number for them to check then it was confirmed that the girl changed ownership in August . My question is am I doing fraud by registering his estate as his living partner or is there a way that the marital status can be changed on the death certificate? 2. Who has to open a criminal case against this girlfriend, me or the kids? Even the uif wants his wife to apply and I don't what to do
6 months prior there was an attempt on my life with one of the local gangsters in our village. premeditated as the person waited for 50 min in my vehicle (caught on camera with possession of weapons -gun and knife) for the lights to go off before entering my office. the police only laid a charge of "trespassing" which meant this this repeat offebder will not be going to regional court and a more harsh sentence can not be applied for being a repeat offender. then on 10 August there was a break-in at my office..i caught the culprit in my premises redhanded ..there was a struggle to detain the person and the person sustained injuries the person is from the same gang and tafter beibng detaibned told me that the same guy and the head of the gang..is going to come kill me. i did not have any weapons on me , i denfended myself whislt this person was on TIK and tried to get away when i caught the person. The police made a case of "attempted murder" which is ridiculous as i have never had any other cases before against me and run a charity ,for more than 6 years, that focuses on uplifting the youth and creating platforms for our addicts and even opportunity for our criminals to reintegrate them back into society. the police was denied an arrest warrant by the judge but they came to arrest me in any case... before this case as made against me i used to be the vise chair for the communtiy police form but now i had to resign from that posision. my reputation that i have buiult over 15 years as a humanitarian (also did work in africa for 5 years) has been damaged by false accusations and false arrests. I need help in this matter

I am an adult who wants to resume using his mother's surname after it was changed to my father's surname at his insistence and under pressure by him, when I was about 21 years old. According to the Department of Home Affairs, the standard procedure for the surname change is to submit affidavits as follows: one from myself indicating the wish for surname change; one from my father granting permission to me to change the surname; and lastly one from my mother granting permission to change to her her surname. Unfortunately in my case, my father does not want to grant permission. So I require legal assistance to be able to change the surname.

I was charged with possession of live ammunition in November , but since I was charged I have never made a court appearance. When I tried to ask the investigating officer as to why charge me and not present me before the court, at first he said he was waiting for ballistics report on the one ammunition they found on my car. Then later on said that my docket was in court to determine if it go on for prosecution, when I later followed up on that he explicitly stated that I must never contact him ever again.
