How long does an architectural project typically last?

Hi I trust you are well. I have a project at Kim Park Centre, Kimberley that requires you to survey and submit a quotation. The ramp to parking area needs to be resurface because the stores below are complaining of water leaks. Then when you stand in front of Nando's facing the parking area the very first entrance on your right till the STOP sign needs to be resurfaced. There are a few potholes that needs to be fixed. Please this is urgent. Confirm if you can go and survey.
Our neighbour has complained that our recent home alterations has caused cracks in her walls (photo attached). Despite consulting an engineer and insurance assessor on the matter who says it is most unlikely that it is due to our renovations she insists we pay for it. I have offered that our contractor does but she insists on using hers which we can't accept. So we'd like some independent quotes please. I have an exciting house in Limpopo, which am currently extending and wanting some few renovations on it. The house has two garages, Double and single,with the concrete slab floor installed on top .the intention is to build two rooms on top which is gonna be Dinning room and a bed room with a toilet inside "double story."The existing house will also need new tiled roofing.

the build is a duplex housing unit for a small family max 3. The idea behind the build is to use the property to build multiple units for rental. We are renovating and extending our house. We are breaking down all internal walls to create an open plan design, extending the braai area roof and building a bedroom, walk-in closet and master bathroom on top (Adding a floor to the existing ground floor) of the existing bedrooms. Also changing the layout of the 2 existing bedrooms and adding an on-suite bathroom to each.
The house has two levels: Level 1, garages and front paving area and Level 2 is garden and main house where stair-case leads from the gate. In order to increase the bottom parking area we need to extend it by excavating the adjacent garden area which is about 2 meter high from the bottom and to straighten the staircase. The work includes excavation of garden and removal of sand & breakdown of the existing staircase and retaining wall and removal of rubble, and then building the new retaining wall and staircase according to the engineers specifications: building plans and engineer's drawings are available to see onsite.

Only need the shell and smoothed screet floor throughout - no other finishing required. Facebrick outside and plastered inside. All electrical conduits with box endings need to be chased/installed. Need a ballpark figure per sqrm for building unfinished. Still finalizing building plans. Must be NHBRC registered
