Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

Hi- I'm busy with a legal issue since - outstanding amount of , for commission owing. Just require a 2nd opinion. We have been awarded 2 pre trial cases with costs for advocate fees. Case cannot continue till I pay advocate 30 upfront for next case.- or for my lawyers to set up a court date. I am the plaintiff- my ex principle has continuosly been using delaying tactics. - The accused is 20 year boy. - The victim is a woman. - The accused was angered by the woman insults, calling him guy who is fucked in the anus. The accused wanted to assault the victim but he was restrained by the his mother and sister. - The victim went to police station to open a case. there was no physical injuries sustained evident to the police.

A drunk parent came to school to shoot me. He was outside the schoolyard and corked the gun there wanting to come in for me. I have a dispute with the Agency through whom I rented a property for my Mother-in-law. She vacated the property 6 months ago and our deposit has yet to be repaid. The property suffered flooding from pipes that were blocked by tree roots and also from the property above during the tenancy causing damage. The Agency is now seeking to hold us liable for damages that were clearly evident prior to occupation and that were caused during occupation through no fault of the tenant. Despite the fact that the quotations for damages does not equate to the full deposit, the Agent has now decided they will withhold the full deposit. As a matter of principle, I cannot stand for this.
Hi, we want to built 4 rooms but use container or small house structures.Each room must be self serviced.The 5 room is the kitchen and braai area.Our plot in Paradys strand have an angle so it is North facing with South entry.We want the rooms to step down from top to bottom, 2 rooms high, 2 rooms below, but the below rooms flat roof to be the stoep of the 2 top rooms and the fifth room (kitchen) roof to be the stoep of the middle 2 rooms.
