Almost every week the municipal sewage 'mainhole' blocks in our zone. The unfortunate part is that the blockage comes out in several yards, but my yard is worse, there will be more sewage water spillage from the drain and the toilet pipes compared to other houses. I have a feeling that there is something faulty with the pipes in my yard, because every time when they unblock, they'll go to mainhole, not in my yard. I want professional plumbers who can come over here and check what could be the problem.

Hi, we want to built 4 rooms but use container or small house structures.Each room must be self serviced.The 5 room is the kitchen and braai area.Our plot in Paradys strand have an angle so it is North facing with South entry.We want the rooms to step down from top to bottom, 2 rooms high, 2 rooms below, but the below rooms flat roof to be the stoep of the 2 top rooms and the fifth room (kitchen) roof to be the stoep of the middle 2 rooms.

A hearing was held at the mine then i won the case,the company that i work for also conducted a hearing and i was dismissed at work

The entire affected worktop up to the joint with the worktop in the stove area should be replaced, as the damage is irreparable. 6.Once the worktop has been removed, the adjoining cupboards must be inspected for mould contamination and replaced if found to be water damaged or mould infected.

Physical abuse at work during an investigative meeting towards me for poor work conduct after I requested a copy of the full recording to be sent to me whilist I was in the meeting and was declined the request but advised you will only receive the transcript . I grabbed the phone that was recording to ask why can I not receive the copy of the recording as byblaw I am entitled to it since I have consent for the recording . Then from no where the senior manager jumped over my neck from the back side straining my back and neck trying to get the phone hurting my thumb also and then eventually the phone locked and she let go . Could not attend work the following day stiff neck and sore thumb the Wednesday visited doc and was given an additional 3 days sick leave with a doc note just want to find out what is the way forward
We need roof to be sealed/ gutters to be fitted/ ceiling to be put in/ basin taps or kitchen mixer to be fitted/ bath taps or mixer to be fitted/ walls and floor to be skimmed / geyser to be connected / extra breaker to be add to DV board & 2 x extra wall plugs & 2 extra light fittings / tiles to be layed in bathroom and kitchen /walls to be painted
My father died interstate my mother want to sell the house ,I worked and supported the house for many years apparently she can sell the house to my brother ,I have heart failure I lost my job I went stay back in my father's house ,but I was made to leave ,although I paid R for 1 bedroom, pls help
