I have identified a residential land in Kuils River and I have a plan of building 10 70m² properties on the land. These properties will have to be modern affordable homes, a 2 bedroom house that will have garage/parking space and then some room where one can put a granny flat if they choose. I need a figure of how much would material and labour cost for such project, from start to finish.
We would like to build a 4 bedroomed, double storey house, X2 Garages, x2 Bathrooms, X1 large living space. House to be build in rural area, in Sterkspruit, +/- kms from Bloemfontein. However, there's no building plans except just a piece of land to build on. All I need is an idea of how much such a property could cost, building plans, landscaping and construction. Would also appreciate your advice and guidance.
Normal Three bedroom...two bathrooms ...main bathroom ensuing... open plan kitchen leading to dinning room and lounge...tiled roof..high ceiling...verandah...sliding doors from lounge leading to verandah with braai area...one kitchen door at the back...all rooms must be enamel frame window...Normal building blocks.
We are moving into our new property in Rondebosch East over the next few weeks and there is a back part of the home that I need some advice on. The back part of the home has metal sheeting and I would like to extend that area roofing over the open area as well to create some privacy. Need someone reputable who will be able to give the best advice.
I need to have a Nutech house constructed with plans approximate measurements are for an L-Shaped building. Measurements to be 8m x 6,5m width 3,5m on both sides

Open plan lounge, dining room into big kitchen, with separate scullery which leads into double garage, slightly longer than usual garage. Plus bar. Around sm for the house, plus 40odd sm for the garage. Cottage, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Looking for Nutec or timber or other reasonably priced building material. Also want, 10mx4m swimming pool. Still looking for land, so need pricing at this stage. Stand size we are looking at will be around sm. Also need boundary wall, site clearing, water and electricity connection plus back up water tanks and generator connection. Fittings, middle of the range, not the cheapest or most expensive. Have come up with some rough plans, so can send them.

How much would these services cost : - Scraping down, prepping and damp proofing (per square metre) - Paint whole building - 2 coats - Repaint logo of the business - providing own accessibility to higher parts of the building ( such as ladders, scaffolding, etc) - Prime entire area and reseal with Alcoflex or equivalent - I have attached an image specifying other things that I want to be done ( leave out services that you do not do ). - The building is approximately 80sqm total size
