I need advise, as I am not able to pay the banks costs? Is my dept review my only option, as I can nor afford to go with that option? I need to get the bank to understand that at 75years of age, with only a Living Annuity, and SASSA grants, I will not be able to pay +- R60, off! I was employed and signed a offer letter of R28 . And then later given a contract with R30 . Then company paid me R28 for 15 months. I raised this with Exco members, HR and head of legal. I was dismissed on 09 May and reinstated on 22 May but no reinstatement letter was issued to me. I was issued a writen warning. I asked hr to appeal and there was never a response. I filed a grevience and later was xalled for a DE. I was dismissed last week
Unfair dismissal over a WhatsApp text, no warning, formally anyway, sick note and reporting done, no BCEA or LRA protocol followed, hired as permanent employee, was still on probation. Everything was done done wrong in my opinion and to my knowledge. I have taken the liberty of attaching supporting docs, hope they are sufficient.

Hi there. Tenants not paying rent for 8 or water bill for 8 months. Council switched off water. Tenant reconnected illegally. Council now removing water meter. Letter of demand was sent ..7 days.. then notice to vacate was sent. Expired on 23 May . The actual lease expired 28 February . It was a 4 months lease.
My bookkeeper,didn t send in my financials to SARS for 8 years.He retire without notefying me at all.I was paying him monthly.I got a new bookeper,that reveal sll this to me.I had to resubmit all dokuments for the last 8 years,leaving me now with a R bill.This bookeper must carry the cost of his behaviour.

Ownership changed and the names of the child erased. The mother died and the father married another wife . The step mother passed on first and the father a while after the step mother passed on. The grandson of the step mother came to stay with the child and there was a family feud they forced the son to stay in a tin house in the yard , we intervened and he was brought back inside the house. The son was eating from rubbish bins and not enjoying the stay as he was bullied until he moved out , staying now with me. To our surprise when we checked the house, it is written in the name of the step mother and the son’s name does not appear anywhere in the files.
