How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
Hi. Looking for a quotation for modern warehouse design and documentation on a vacant site approximately sqm in extent. My requirements are sqm floor area and maybe offices on the top. The building must be split into 3 separate units on the inside for 3 separate tenants. I prefer email communication.

New house, modern simplistic design. Approx. 70 sqm is the double storey section and the rest is single storey. 24sqm will be double volume area with a flat roof structure. Included in the sqm is 3 a double and a single garage if approx. 60sqm. There will be 2 staircases leading to the upper level of the house one from the double volume and on from a single garage. On top of the sqm there will be patio are’s of approx. 54 sqm
This is a one bedroom granny flat with open plan kitchen living room and a loft space in the roof space area. Shotgun style with a slanted roof. I have a floorplan in mind.
